This combined production line consistutes of one tower type dry-mixed mortar plant with an annual output of 850,000 tons and one set of 100 tons per hour manufactured sand prodction system.

According to the overall and special requirements of customer,our company actively designed this combined automatic dry-mixed mortar production line with two main mixers equipped and sand making production line,which is the highest degree of domestic automation developed by our company on the basis of years of experience in designing and manufacturing batching mixing equipment and absorbing advanced mixing and process technology fruits at home and abroad. It is mainly used for large-scale dry mixed mortar production for urban construction.

The production line adopts three independent mixing and batching systems which is our patented technology.It adopts two sets of WZ10 model large discharge gate double-shaft gravity free mixer and a LDH-2 large discharge gate single shaft plowing type mixer, which can produce ordinary mortar and special mortar at the same time,final products are suitable for high-speed railway,urban construction projects and other interior decoration purposes.

The machine-made sand part of the production line adopts the SHGS100 high-quality sand production line,which is developed by our company on the basis of many years of experience in designing and manufacturing large-scale mixing equipment. It has absorbed the domestic and foreign advanced technological achievements and developed a high degree of domestic automation and high sand production efficiency.This series of production lines have the advantages of compact layout,complete functions,high environmental protection,adjustable fineness modulus and controlable stone powder content.
