Aggregate silo: 3 or 4 compartments with 7 cubic meters each,national standard steel plate thickness 8mm, equipped with one 0.15kw vibration motor per compartment (Sino Italian joint venture Famous brand).
Feeding device: Pneumatic double arc gate feeding, electromagnetic valve, dual pneumatic cylinder. The arc gate ingredient can achieve a unique super scale buckle function, meeting the requirements of super precision.
Aggregate hopper: 3X1.5 cubic meters,national standard steel plate thickness 6-10mm, each hopper is equipped with one 0.09kw vibration motor
Sensor and suspension device: USA Amcells or Transcell (1000KG), suspension thickness: 16MM
Advantages of our automatic batching machine
The steel plate is thick,thus ensure our machine has a longer service life, and is more corrosion-resistant. Vibration motors belong to vulnerable parts,we adopt large brands to make sure it a longer service life.
Air valve, dual cylinder: simple structure, easy maintenance and replacement, not easily damaged. Other factories adopt belts and motors: frequent starting can cause damage, difficult replacement, high maintenance costs, and high energy consumption.
