History
2020
We successfully developed the ready-mixed concrete zero-emission recovery system. The system can separate sand and gravel and slurry water from wet concrete and realize resource recycling.
2018
We successfully developed the production line of fine sand and gravel materials to form a three-in-one, intensive and efficient green building material production system together with the concrete mixing plant and the dry-mixed mortar production line.
2016
We successfully developed the automatic feeding system of the environment-friendly concrete mixing plant to realize intelligent and unattended feeding in the backstage.
2015
We successfully developed the "high tower type three-host type" dry-mixed mortar complete equipment, which can simultaneously produce ordinary mortar, special mortar, and can also produce thermal insulation mortar that is widely consumed.
2014
We successfully developed the "four-in-one" comprehensive utilization project of brick production, mortar production and concrete production with construction wastes. The project integrates construction waste disposal, brick making, ready-mixed mortar and concrete production. Our new plant located in Wuzhi Industrial Cluster Area in Hebei Province of Yellow River has been started the construction, covering an area of about 300 mu, with five indoor plants under the plan, each of which has a building area of 12000 square meters. Now the first phase of the project has been completed and put into production.
2013
We successfully developed the totally enclosed top-mounted highly-environment-friendly concrete mixing plant of the fourth generation. This series of products have outstanding features such as elegant appearance, small footprint, green and energy conservation, comprehensive environmental protection, etc.
2012
We built the double-group 4m³ concrete mixing plant for Beijing Yicheng Lafarge Station, with the total area of the plant about 9 mu and the usable area only about 6 mu. The equipment has set the record as the one that requires the smallest footprint among other equipment of the same size.
2010
We successfully developed double-group 4.5 m³ concrete mixing plants with fully enclosed, zero emission, high environmental protection and factory-oriented features in China, and applied the machine in Yunnan Construction Engineering Group. The hourly productivity of the plant is 540m³
2008
We successfully developed fully closed factories, green and energy-saving, high-end environment-friendly concrete mixing plants, which were successfully applied in Chengdu Branch of China Construction Commercial Concrete (Longtan Plant). The successful development and operation of the equipment has epoch-making significance, opening a new chapter of green and environmental protection of domestic concrete production.
2006
We successfully developed a large-scale self-falling concrete mixing plant (4 x 4.8 m³), which has created four records, i.e. the self-falling mixing plant with large installed capacity, strong production capacity, high integration, and advanced comprehensive performance.
2005
We successfully developed large-scale forced concrete mixing plants (Jinping 2 x 7 m³ mixing plant). The plant has created a number of records, like the use of forced mixing machine production four-grade concrete technology.
2003
The company relies on Hangzhou State Power Machinery Research & Design Institute to complete the restructuring, and has since embarked on the fast track of development. For many years, our company has been seizing 70% to 80% market share in the large and super-large high-end concrete industry for hydropower dams.
2001
Our core team members presided over and participated in the development of the fly ash autoclaved brick production line, ushering us into the era of waste fly ash recycling.
1990s
The construction of the Three Gorges Project, a major hydropower project in China, was started. The core team of our company presided over and participated in the development of 7 out of 10 large concrete mixing plants. The other 3 plants were imported from the United States, Italy, and Japan to complete 73% task of concrete production for the entire Three Gorges Dam.
1950s
Our core team successfully developed a large-scale automatic concrete mixing plant in China.
