Our company has strong technical force and rich experience in research and development.There are more than 90 professional R&D personnel, including 2 professor-level senior engineers,1 national first-level registered structural engineer,36 senior engineers,48 engineers,and above 90% of higher professional titles in the R&D team.

Our backbone technical and production personnel are the persons in charge of the development of concrete mixing plants for hundreds of key hydropower projects such as Three Gorges,Wanjiazhai,Longtan,Xiaowan,Jinping and Xiluodu.One of them has presided over the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" project of 4x4.5m³ super-large concrete mixing plant in Three Gorges and the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" project of 2x6m³ super-large concrete mixing plant in Longtan,while the other 12 people have participated in the development of the above two projects and the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” project of 4x3m³ large concrete mixing plant in the Three Gorges Project for scientific and technological research.

Over the years,8 people have won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Water Resources,9 people have won the second prize for scientific and technological progress of Henan Province,and 2 people have won the first prize of Dayu Award for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Water Resources.

One employee from our company is the main drafter of the current national standards for concrete mixing plants;two employees are the main drafters of the standards for concrete mixing plants (stations) in the water conservancy industry;two employees are the main drafters of standards for ready-mixed construction mortar in Henan province.Our company has participated in the drafting of standards for ready-mixed mortar in Henan province.

While valuing research,development and innovation,we boast many industrial-leading products,and have more than 100 invention patents and utility model patents.

We have successfully developed a large-scale forced concrete mixing plant (2x7m³ mixing plant) and a large-scale self-falling concrete mixing plant (4x4.8m³ mixing plant).

Honorary titles received by our company include the "high-tech enterprise",the provincial-level "technology gazelle enterprise",the "technology giant (cultivation) enterprise",the "specialized, new and high-quality small-and-medium-sized enterprises",the “backbone member for bulk-cement popularization".The technical center of the company is the provincial "enterprise technology center" and the provincial "engineering technology research center for concrete and ready-mixed mortar production line" of Henan Province.
