Full service during sales
When products and equipment arrive at the construction site, experienced technicians shall be sent to the construction site as required to make preparations for inventory counting and installation.
Installation and commissioning: During the installation and commissioning of the mixing plant, the structural, mechanical and control technicians of our company will carry out close and comprehensive follow-up service for the supplied goods according to the schedule promised, including installation, testing, commissioning, and trial operation.
Training: We provide thoughtful and detailed training for user operation, maintenance and management personnel.
Carefree after-sales service
Time-sensitive service: During the operation of service equipment, if the equipment fails, our personnel will rush to the site within 24 hours after receiving the notice, or within 4 hours in case of emergency.
Remote serve: We use remote diagnosis function to carry out remote diagnosis and troubleshooting through network.
Tour service: After the equipment is delivered for uses, our company will pay regular return visits and provide on-site tour service on a regular basis. This, on one hand, helps users inspect and supervise the maintenance of the equipment. On the other hand, preventive inspection will be carried out and predictable problems will be dealt with to eliminate the potential faults from the very beginning, so as to ensure the good use and stable operation of the equipment.
On-site service: During the peak production period, our company can arrange technicians to provide regular on-site service.
Lifetime service: After the warranty period expires, we are responsible for providing spare parts and repair for the equipment for a lifespan period, and the cost will be subject to the market price.
