Customized Sand Making Plant
The complete set of sand making plant mainly consist of feeding hopper,belt conveyor,bucket elevator,crusher,sand making machine, multi-layer screen,powder selection machine,stone powder bin,finished sand bin,dust collector and intelligent operating system. According to the equipment combination method,the layout can be divided into dispersed,centralized or tower type.
The arrangement and layout of the complete set of sand making equipment can be flexibly combined according to the customer's site conditions and production capacity requirements. Currently, our company mainly customizes,designs,manufactures and installs tower type full set of sand making equipment for customers.
The equipment layout is compact,relatively high in height,occupies a small area,has obvious energy-saving effects,is environmentally friendly and controllable for fineness and the production capacity is also flexible.
Working process can be explained the materials can be lifted to the roof at once,and the materials are crushed by the sand making machine based on their own weight. The screening machine is used for screening the curshed materials into different sizes. After the powder selection machine selects the powder,the excess stone powder is pumped by the blower to the stone powder bin for storage. After being screened by the screening machine,the oversized sand is returned to the sand making machine for further crushing. The finished sand that meets the particle size is lifted by the elevator to the finished sand bin for storage and delivery, or to the dry mixed mortar plant for mortar production,or sent to the raw material yard by a belt conveyor for concrete aggregate batching production.
The complete set of sand making plant is safe and reliable,with high production efficiency,large output,environmentally friendly and pollution-free,low requirements for raw materials and can use solid waste as raw materials,resulting in low production costs.
