Environment-friendly dry process fine machine-made sand equipment
The environmental protection type dry process fine machine-made sand equipment is a new highly-environment-friendly dry sand production equipment developed by our company after introducing BHS and other advanced crushing processing technology and combining our years of experience in batching and mixing industry. It can be divided into three modes: tower type, centralized type and decentralized type according to different layout forms. They include sand making machine, grading adjustment machine, high-efficiency dust remover, blow-back, jaw-breaking, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, sand feeding machine, sand and gravel powder separator, roller screen, wet mixing machine, sand slurry processor and other series of crushing and screening equipment.
Environment-friendly dry fine machine-made sand equipment is widely used in the production of sand raw materials and concrete aggregate for ready-mixed mortar.
The dry and fine machine-made sand has a fine grain shape. The shape is cubic polygon, with sound occlusion performance, which can effectively improve the strength of mortar and concrete;
The particle size distribution is uniform, the gradation is stable, the fineness modulus can be controlled and adjustable, and the ratio does not need to be changed frequently;
Grading is sound linear grading, and can save a certain proportion of cement and reduce production costs compared with natural sand;
The water content can be adjusted and controlled at about 4%, so that the machine-made sand is not isolated and saturated on the surface;
Energy-saving and environmental protection, dry sand making, no need of drying, and all production stages are in a sealed environment; high-efficiency dust removers are equipped to avoid dust pollution to achieve zero pollution, zero emission, energy saving and environmental protection for the whole system;
The layout is compact and reasonable, the floor area is small, the installed power is low, and the land cost and operation cost are reduced.
The quality of sand is stable and reliable, and its performance is obviously better than that of natural sand.
